  Securely pack your unused Dr. Pen device and accessories in their original box, ensuring all protective seals remain intact.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
